everyone who has sent me a PM has got an honest reply. as always though i issue fair warning, the game becomes ruined once you know the glitches. I deleted the game with a huge stockpile of unused gold and uncollected #1 draft picks, it just didn't become fun anymore.

agreed do not buy gold ever. tons of game glitches where you can get boatload of gold for free. i no longer play this game, deleted my team but i probably accumulated close to 350K gold. never used a hack tool or anything like that, just capitalized on the inherent glitchiness of the game.

i have about 12 prime batters and haven't gotten a prime pitcher yet. ymmv i guess?

i have carl crawford as my prime player for rewards.. guess it depends who you have so far? he was the last one i stopped at getting as too many OF..

happens to everyone in a different way, the only 'fix' is to delete the game.

i would wait until you have all 5* or at least several prime players before moving up to GOAT.

you need at least a few more prime guys before making a serious run at GOAT.

the aim was to stockpile 400K gold before making a run at the top but that's a bit difficult to come by. I finally moved out of veteran after about 250K gold. havent touched the game in the last few weeks but i'd imagine once the issues are resolved i'll finish up GOAT.

prime pitchers are available you just have to buy up a lot of the prime hitters first. i believe the first 8 or 9 guys i got were prime batters..

YMMV, game is broken in the sense that different people have differing sizes of inactive lists for what it's worth. no rhyme or reason to it. if your list is fairly indefinite you can use it in the future to max out players and make a run for the 5-star guys. for example drafting by position you can eliminate all the…

gold is for grabbing prime players, very needed at the higher levels.

stay low, don't level up unless you are full 4.5 / 5 star with a stockpile of gold. I stayed in veteran until I was able to make a run all the way up to the top. Last thing you want is to start your run to GOAT and get stuck at a lower level if your team is not good enough.

stop playing playoff games, stay low. create a new team if you need to and leave it in rookie as long as possible.

incredibly laggy and tons of server issues. taking a break from playing it for the next little while until the connection issues get better. more time for other games :)

no point in collecting rings for anyone in the higher levels. what do i want with a 5-star player? absolutely useless to me. gonna burn through the rest of legend this week and hopefully finish up GOAT soon so i can put this away.

dont spend any real money on this even if problems are fixed. there's a whole boatload of issues going on that it really isn't worth it.
