Can I get what's all owed to me finally.

I have been playing this game for awhile. This a good game but you guys need a better update for this game. I'm not getting anuthing thats supposed to be owed to me and because its showing that I was paid for it you guys are not trying to give it to me. I been waiting on this so called royalty check for the longest. Not getting any of the lighting are the crowns. I completed offers for crowns and still has not gotten them. Like this game but its beginning to suck.
