Disappointed with the app ????

Love the concept of the game. But the glitches are horrible! One of things I hate is being wrongfully charged in an app. Yesterday, I received an invoice stating that I got charged for an in-app purchase for the crib special which is ridiculous because I didn't receive any crowns or cash 😑 I've tried making a purchase on the game but all I get are errors stating "order failed" and so far I haven't received any credits on the game. I've submitted a ticket and so far no response. I've also tried restoring purchases and no luck either.

    Our Customer Support team will be able to investigate this issue. They may ask for a screenshot of your purchase receipt.

    To find your receipt(s):

    1. From your iTunes "Home" screen, go to your "Account" quick links option.
    2. Scroll down to your "Purchase History", click on "See All”.
    3. From this screen, you can find you entire purchase and download history for your account.

    ** Please click on each of your receipts (if you have more than one) and send us screenshots of each one. **
