Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I had my account synced to Google play and it became unsynced when I tried to sync it again to Google play it brought up a different account... I submitted a ticket to try and get it synced again and gave all the information. I never received an email saying they received my ticket, I don't want to be just sitting here waiting if they haven't received my ticket.. should i have received an email or do I get one just when it's fixed.

    You will only get a reply when your ticket is next in the queue and we are working on it. Please do not send in a duplicate ticket or respond to your own as this will just push you farther back in line and we definitely do not want that!

    I have been unable to gain access to my racing rival account. I invested way too much money into this game to be cheated like this. Requested a refund of all my purchases and then I was sent an email on how to regain access but to no avail no one has done anything to assist me. I followed all the instructions and it has been a little over a week and I am getting frustrated. My team is waiting on their leader. My wife and kids are waiting for me to regain my account.

    I been waiting for my account to be sync too its like 1 week now someone told me ones I send a ticket it takes 10 to 12 days hopelly there help to get my acc. Back if not I will never stop sending a ticket till ill get my acc. Back I spend so much money and time for this game I havent played since my acc. Unsynced to my fb acc.

    Surprisingly these are the only issues your customer supports can assist us with. Anything else, is our fault.

    Dw you'll get it back when they finally get around to reading your ticket. You'll wait 2 weeks + though. Regardless if you reply or make a new ticket. I made a ticket which didn't get any response for 2 months. I then noticed I didn't even have a ticket available? SO I opened a new one and it took them 2 weeks to reply.

    How backed up are they? My initial ticket got an auto response that they were 12 days behind...spot on...then I replied with the info they requested on Sept. 4th and I'm still not 're-synced.
