Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I had an issue with app. Contacted c/s (customer service) via email. Waited a week for a response, no big deal! c/s was right in there fix but still had minor issue. Reinstalled app but it loaded a old account. No big deal according to email c/s sent, c/s just needs to load the right game on my phone. My issue is once a issue has been addressed by customer service could that account be moved to a different handler until resolved! It would be nice to have a more open line of communication once c/s has decided there is a legitimate issue to handle... Waiting a week plus in between communications is a little ridiculous once contact has been made! Thanks for any consideration you might give, after all if I can't race I am sure not going to spend any money this week on the game... Jus saying! Chad

    Unfortunately the CS staff is comprised of a few people who work as fast as they can. While not ideal, it is the only fair way to move through the tickets.

    So it's just passed the second payday RR didn't make any money off me cause of slow response by customer service. If you have that many c/s requests and are losing x amount of dollars off of each person or y amount off 1 out of three people isn't it good business to hire another person to help handle c/s tickets so you can get people racing and spending money... Ya have missed 30-40 dollars just off me... I'm not venting or moaning (well that's not the purpose of this post anyway lol).. The post is to try and let rr know how big of a problem they have. I would think loss of funds to be a serious issue with any company. Business 101!
