Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I think this website and game is really cool. But they've got runout of time, admins and ideas. How much time does it take to get respond from cie about queries? I can see that it varies a lot. Some people get ASAP and some could not get response on third time. :) Why no one of cie team responded to suggestions we made? Don't care or just not responding? If they need help why just not to ask? And on this web site I can see only one active admin guy. Good job man, but I can see how it's difficult. Why just not recruit new ones? Helping hand ;)

    Our customer service team is 3 people. We support 4 games and I try to cover the forums so the other 2 can focus on emails. Normally we can get through 200-300 emails a day. This covers our normal volume pretty well. When the big ban was done we received 1200 emails in 2 days for just Rivals. Volume has been high with a variety of issues and we are out of the office 2 days this week and 2 days next week so response time will be delayed significantly. Getting a new rep up to speed takes about 2-3 months depending on the person and unless the normal volume of tickets will continue to be high there is no need to have them 3 months from now. Unfortunately you will just need to be patient for responses.

    Sage, I'd monitor the forums for you guys if you'd allow. (I'd even do it for free) I'd like to be able to remove all the spam this site gets as well as keep the topic areas clean and on subject. This game has a lot of players and this forum can be helpful if someone were here to keep it spam free. You guys should advertise the forum in game on loading screens so this board would have more traffic. I'd be glad to help with the forums
