Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

If you ever get in contact with this guy, Coon Catcher do not I repeat, do not trade with him. Basically what happens was he wanted to trade his Stella for my Ford FPV which to me seemed like a cool deal. However as I bought more cars later on, he started asking for more which was when I started to believe that he was a scammer.
However the last time we met which was when the scam happened, he just wanted my Ford FPV. Weird. He still offered his Stella for trade. After I sent him over my FPV he wrote brb which obviously mean be right back. After he left I checked my friends list just to notice that he deleted me. I tried adding him back but it said that he can't accept anymore friends which I assumed he blocked me. I was also putting up the ford for trade on the forums as well and now I need to put the user's name on the forums for scamming me. I tried to get a few friends to contact him but two craps were not given. So I might as well warn this to everyone.
The same day I lost my FPV was also the same day I lost my FR-S Spec. After beating someone's Mclaren multiple times, I thought I'd have a chance to win his car but nope, he repaired his car plus activated boost. Not going to consider that scamming because we were doing a normal pink slip race but might consider it cheating for the boost part. I understand that the guy doesn't want his precious Matte Black Mclaren taken but a pink slip race is a pink slip race. Don't worry, I'm atleast getting a new R Class car this Friday or Saturday since it was my only R Class car *and a good one* and didn't finished the last tournament.
Yeah so don't trade with Coon Catcher unless you want to end up like me. I think I should have traded that FPV with someone on the forums which would have been a better choice as well. And since that he asked for more I should have never traded with him. It was all my fault.
