Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

-12 restart errors, update errors ETC

I have already submitted 3 different tickets for 3 different issues and they are related to tournaments. I won a tournament all Max GT3 Nismo and haven't received them. I entered a BMW event with my Maxed Google BMW GT2 and the tournament is about to start. The first race I get -12 restart error. Next is -11 restart error. I already know I am going to lose my car. Same this just happened now with my Nismo GT3 again. The first 2 ticket were about a week ago and still have not received a response.

I already know that your customer service is terrible and I am paying customer for gems. I still cannot believe that over 1-2 years that your customer service has not improved and the relationship that you have with the community is minimal. It is a spinning record and I think the community needs to speak up.

    There is about a 10 day wait for a response from Support. They answer tickets in the order in which they are received and are working as hard as possible to answer everyone.

    I submitted another ticket again today, people are trying to disconnect glitch and making other players lose cars. It's ridiculous.

    This is **** ridiculous. I demand all of my cars back in my garage that I lost in the tournament. There are so many bugs and that shit it just isn't funny.

    The first time I was like whatever. But know it's just plain ole **** stupid. You go into a tournament no one is there. You leave it makes you reset and you lose a car. I have lost 6 Nismo and Google bmw GT2. In GLU currency that's over a thousand dollars. You need to get your shit straight. 10 business is 2 weeks for support is to long for a game like this regardless how busy it can get. You need to support your customer first and not your wallets.
