Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

This forum is useless any staff in Rr should Help players who got shit for nothing like Pinks slip and ur having bad connection and once it turns back in game u already lose ur car and auto disconnect. what is that rules thats only for stupid shit

    Its a forum. It's a place of discussion. We have a separate team dedicated to assisting customer. If the forums were meant for that, it would flood these forums with help requests. In order to help people in a fair organized manner, we can only do that through one avenue. This is why these forums, Facebook, Twitter and all other social media sites are NOT customer service.

    If we helped people with their customer service issues here, then people would come here. Then the discussions here would just be about peoples specific issues. We would end up helping people either faster here, or on Facebook than the actual Customer Service queue. Then we would have to allocate more resource, which we don't have, to answering issues on the forums, FB etc....

    So doing that would be detrimental to all.

    So these forums and all our other social sites are meant to be social. Where we can talk about the game.

    For help with your accounts or for more specific individual help, you will need to submit your request and wait in the one queue for them to assist you.
