Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Request to remove multiplayer Ban on my account

GLU, I have received a notice of multiplayer ban on my account ELIJAHRACER. I firmly disagree with this restriction on my account for there is no valid reason why. I have played this game fairly for over a year now. I was disappointed when I found this ban on my account. I have sent a few request to customer service regarding this issue. I truly hope you can assist to speed up the process on clearing this ban.. Regards.. Loyal Customer

    Thanks! Old Woman for pointing me to the right direction. I have sent GLU customer care a request to remove ban on my account. I understand that this forum is not a fast track or shortcut to resolving my issue but I do appreciate any assistance. I have noticed on this forum that it takes a long time to completely resolve player issues due to high customer volume. I hope you give attention to my case for I would like to continue playing this game and I deserve to be treated as a paying customer. Respectfully..

    Well done GLU, Thank you for lifting the ban on my account after approx. 1 week which is shorter than I expected. I constantly sent tickets to customer service and link provided above regarding my issue and it was worth the time. However, I will avoid transferring big amount of RRC on my account which triggered the game banning me from multiplayer. I hope other legit players will be treated fairly like I did. Now, game on... :)
