Apps for gems

i've downloaded many apps and i'm not getting the gems for them from RR, anyone know why?

Sometimes it takes a day. If it takes longer it probably didnt work

@Nitto sorry to say but usually after 20-30 mins of no gems I uninstall the app, my phone doesnt have much space and I cant download apps directly to my SD card =(

If you click support in the offer wall, it should list the app offers you've started. If you haven't received your payout there's a button to report it. It even lists the expected completion time for the offer, and how long you've actually been waiting. I have no idea how good Fyber support is (from reading the forums I'll guess not good at all).

@james614 lol, i have tried that as well, it worked at first ( many weeks ago ) then, the submit button wouldnt submit anything to report i didnt get gems, LOL, now the apps that i downloaded and installed dont even show up on there.

All the apps I do show up in there, but ONLY the apps. The tasks and surveys and whatnot do not, so I don't even touch those. However, for the last week there's only been the same 5 tasks on my wall with no app offers :-/

I done the 4k gems for spending 10 bucks and after 3 days i got my 4k gems. But i done another 4k gems for 10 bucks and ive been waiting over a week still nothing. If u purchase an app or spend money make sure you screenshot it for proof. Fyber will want to see all the proof you have

So far i haven't had too much trouble with their support. They just ask for screen shots showing you downloaded the app and are running it.

I been going through the same thing. I really hope Racing rivals can fix that problem. I feel they should credit the ones you don't get. Find a new gem system

I have done many download and install app offers for gems, and generally, you should run the app for about 2-3 mins before closing it. This has helped on some occasions to get the gems credited to my account at game restart and saving the trouble of emailing Fyber support. Also, it is a real time saver if you screenshot every app you open at the time of opening. Because inevitably, you will get shorted gems for one app or another, and in sending screenshost to Fyber, they've been pretty consistent in crediting me with missing gems. As far as the "submit email and confirm" offers and the surveys....more often than not they are an absolute waste of time. In fact some surveys repeatedly ask you to go back and redo the survey once you've completed it because you didn't click enough advertisers offers to their satisfaction. Worse, is Fyber will request proof of a completed survey that you have no way of providing. So...long story short...stick to the download and install offers. I personally have yet to ever get the gems offered for surveys. Other than install offers, I can only recommend a few exceptions...the offers where you submit information to receive an auto insurance or home insurance quote have worked for me without a problem, and these offers generally pay more gems than app installs. Just know that if you choose to submit your actual info, you will receive calls and emails from several agents.

It's a scam. FYBER just wants your info to sell. I tried a few. All I got was a ton of junk mail, junk email and rediculous phone calls. Don't waste your time.

Play the free game as it was meant to be played and you will get free gems and a butt load of cash.
