Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

we all hope that those new cars will be there and we love this game but from what ive noticed
racing rivals is bringing only few cars from certain manufacturers and they dont get us new cars so often really to be purchased tgrough showroom some of the cars are gone and and some cars should really be looked at like the bmw m3gt2 and the ford shelby gt500 those are good cars but too bad for the launch it is a nightmare maybe shelby is easier to be launched and ive noticed they nvr re worked on them to solve the launch issue
regarding the showroom glu said its because of the license that tgey should get from the agent to introduce those cars to the game ok am fine with that but am not happy with is why glu is not fixing cars launches ?
some cars were introduced reacently to the game like the agera /lambo / ford gt350
now agera is awesome ruling r classes lambo is fine BUT
again rr is creating a problem here while they are not awarr of it
the ford gt350 is a crate car and lambo merci from the crate...good going cars but very very bad launching
this is resulting in many customers not wanting to have them only few would because of bad launch
so i hope racing rivals will think of what they are doing
agera vs r class lambo
id say agera has the advantage of winning not the lambo r class not because its faster i think they both are fast but its because of the launch issue...agera is super easy launch but lambo is a nightmare and both cars are competing each others so i hope glu will think of it that ppl will not go for lambos but will go for agera more therefore lambos might be removed from game for such a stupid reason
please glu just think about it fix the lambos merco from the crate / ford gt350 mustang / ford shelby gt500 / m3gt2 bmw we all like those cars but launch isnt that easy on those which makes people not wanting them look at the tracks guys why do u think we dont see much of them ?
we rarely see the ford gt350 or ford shelby 500 or the merci lambos on tracks please make up ur minds and let those beasts to see on tracks
u could add a feature that would really set up a launching point by players on a penalty i believe its possible ib real world
