Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I sold a fryer about a week ago. The man is saying it doesn't work after it's been 7 days. He told me to give him 5 days to try it out and if it didn't work he'd call me within those 5 days. Am I in the wrong here for not giving his money back? I wouldnt sell it if it wasn't working. He's saying I knew all along and being pretty harsh about it over text

Asked in yahoo answers and got some people saying I'm good. But need more opinions

If it's been after 5 days, he agreed to it, so I think you're alright.

Here's what the law will look at. Do you have a receipt? Or do you have any records of the agreement he made with you? As long as you have records of him saying those things you are safe. Additionally, if he deleted the texts with the agreement (to wipe away evidence that he agreed to it) you are still in the clear because there is technically no proof that the transaction even took place. Soi would say you are about 99 percent in the clear. Very highly doubt that a court would agree with him in light of all the evidence or lack thereof. You should be good man.

Lol ya cuz usually when they buy stuff, it's sold AS IS unless you guys sign a paper saying if so and so then he gets his money back. . . Even if u verbally promised him but no papers and let's say you sold it on Craigslist, it's as is. . . I know cuz I had same issue. . Guy bought my pc from Craigslist and said to give him a week to try it out and he called back after a while saying is broken. . Problem is how do I know He didn't break it. At that moment it worked and I honestly sold it working so ya. . Unless somebody says it in text that they will refund, it's usually as is..... Especially if it's a private sale like garage sale or Craigslist. . . . Lol
