Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

i know some of you will not agree with me but i think some of you complain to much, you give the admins a hard time and lets be honest they created a great game. the entire pink think and hacks isn't there fault but they do fix things, nothing is perfect I've been playing for over 2 years and never really had any problems at all,...from lag to the silly things some of you cry about like lobby jumping. yes it's mess up that we can't run pinks right now but it's because it's being fixed just be easy and bet money for the time being. if they shut Rivals down some of you will still complain, we use to run turf without any boost at all i hear OMG we have to run turf with boost only because we bought boost, ok that really your fault, you made a deal with someone to trade a car and they robbed you that's your fault why cry about it, its not a scam you just made a bad choice, win your own cars i have over 400 cars and never did a trade yet,...again some of you will curse me for this but its kool the game is a great game to play i enjoy it and a lot of you do, easy up on the admins and let them continue to give us something good to play....#signoff

It's pretty clear glu sees the exploits as not bugs but rather features. It's a shame because campaign mode is low stress and fun then you enter the multiplayer part of the game and it's a total cess pool.
We listen we change things, and sometimes we don't. Some things we try to do but doesn't work out, some things require a lot more work than we can do or have resources for. This game was always meant to be a multiplayer drag race game. That means you will go up against other players who want what you have. This element will invite less than polite tactics. When you put your cash and or cars on the line, you risk the chance of losing. This is the gambling element, its mostly up to you to be vigilant. There are no sure things, and things that seem to easy or too good to be true... probably are.
