I'm sure Glu doesn't condone this type of behavior, however, not really sure what can be done about people "saying" things in the chat, regardless of the subject matter.

They (the RR Customer Service/Devs/whoever) usually ban the said account from multiplayer until the user changes their profile pic.

So just until they change the picture, if thats the worst case scenario no wonder this is happening. Pretty much just spread kitty porn around then get a slap on the wrist. Im sure if the account along with any account used by that device was banned permanently they would consider it a waste of time and stop flooding the game with child porn. If you don't stop it now next big thing might be sexual favors for cars maybe we can add an unsupported sexual favor section on forum for it.

@chewbacus yeah haha it was obviously sarcasm but im serious this is getting out of control and its their responsibility, if they want to provide a easier way to communicate in game there needs to be someone controlling the context being said. First child pornagraphy then hillary clinton using global chat to share more state secrets possibly Isis using it as a means to coordinate attacks. Hell ill be glad to observe and report this for free but just a temp ban for something like this is unacceptable.

In order to stop that, you'd have to shut down any form of communication between individuals that uses a 3rd party platform (internet, telephone, email, etc) - as, by that way of thinking, any platform used by an "offender" to obtain information could be found liable. So, where do you draw the line?

Again - until any verifiable action happens, not much can be done. Ever seen the show "to catch a predator"? Interesting that they never arrested anyone until the person showed up at the intended victims house. The show never commented on if they went after folks simply because of what they said in a chat room, and also never commented on if they went after the host of said chatroom for allowing such communications to occur.
