Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Need help understanding timing differences on my tablet and what i see in videos

Hello and thanks for reading this.

The video footage I watch on youtube to get an idea of the launch point for certain vehicles is just about always different than what my Samsung Tab A requires. Granted, my Tab A is not a top end tablet but I imagine not many playing this game bought a $600 tablet to play either. Any ideas why I seem to have this problem? Some information. My home wifi is 100 mbps download and 15 mbps upload.

Thank you for any and all input

Different phones/tablets will do that. Not every phone is as fast or slow as the other. It will be in the general area of where they launch but may not be exactly the same.

Thanks for the reply. That nearly confirms what I was thinking. So, if I want a better launch point rather than before first light on many I need to get a different tablet.

Or just learn it on that tablet. A 600$ should be more than enough to do what you need. It may even be sooner than the video posted. Or a little later shouldnt be a huge difference

I also have seen that different devices have different timing. My old phone I would hit launch mid third yellow to get an average of .02-.04rt then my phone would heat up and I would hit launch right as the third yellow lit up. My new phone as I was use to launching that way I now foul 2/3 races. After about 2 weeks starting to get the timing down better.
