I sent a questionnaire to GLU support as a test, I wanted to see if the level of service will have any substantial differences. 2 weeks later........, I get a perfunctory and useless form letter reply. Evade and avoid,same old same old. ###PLEASE REPLY ABOVE THIS LINE###

It's my understanding that your company has, or is in the process of purchasing C I E games, in particular; the title: Racing Rivals. I have a few questions regarding game activity after ownership is completed. Will all current features of the game remain the same in the immediate future or will there be sweeping changes right away? Will we have a place in the forums right away? Do you intend to restrict purchases of cars and game cash made outside the game (via fb pages or forums),or transfers of same across accounts via multiple "pinking"? Will all current "tickets" submitted to C I E. Customer support, be handled to completion or will applicant need to resend tickets to GLU support? Do you expect any significant downtime of the game or aspects of the game during the transition from C I E to GLU ownership? Thank you for your time and consideration.
