Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

LoL I really like the way U thinking guys .. So .. [RR] Adamantium- Content Manager (he is one of RR team car experts. It's his job to ensure that everything in our game is authentic, as realistic as possible and otherwise badass. He also manages all the car data in the game, making sure that your ride handles just like it would in real life.) Which am respect and actually think he did a great job for most of the cars .. Maybe .. Anyway .. According to him that each car in the same category or class should be equal and run almost the same timing or slight different .. Which I totally agreed with .. Then he mention something about EVO VIII should be fixed as it's clearly nothing can match up with this car in her category (check his comment below

    Note this tread is NOT against any of the admins specially [RR] Adamantium .. This tread to get ppl opinion about EVO VIII class event .. I mean B class event ..

    Personally i'm tired of the same events week after week. Like we had D class events for a whole month.

    They did give us S class event last week which I am very happy about. However, we do get a lot of B and D class events. I do feel that A class is probably the most balanced class in the game, as there are THREE cars running 8.29 or lower, as opposed to B Class where the only 8.6 car is the EVO, and the rest run 8.8 and higher. That's a whole tenth (or more) of advantage.

    The Evo8's time came up in a thread in the tips and tricks section, some users say their car runs 8.8/6, then some will say it can only run low 9s near maxed out. My Evo8 is near maxed, all intake is pro, most turbo is stage 2(actual turbo is pro) and the rest are pretty much stage 2/pro mix. I run 9.4 on a good race. I did some searching and I found a user say to use mechanic boost and a perfect launch. I did that after upgrading to NOS with a stage 2 jet and only reached 9.417, with a perfect launch. Same on the second race, didn't attempt a third. Every Evo8 I've raced had at least an 8.8. It's kinda sad I can't really compete even after putting all this money into her (I gain money by racing, never buying cash so I also put a lot of time in it). And the next two events I wont be able to compete. I really wanted to race this event lol

    we do these lower class events to give other users who dont have high end cars the chance to play in TW

    And always have a D or B class event means it's less cars for me to build
