Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Part installation...

Ok... We all know that after the room rating change, all the skilled player's garages were ruined... Whatever, take the "bend over" and move on, right?.. That's exactly what I did... Well NOW, I have just bought about 8-10 brand new cars from the showroom within the last 24 hours to "retune" and began parts instillation last night before I went to bed... Today, I have discovered that when I am putting in some of the instillations, one specific example, stage 2 weight reduction on my Toyota Supras, stage 2 finishes and instantly goes back to having the stock part installed... If I want to reinstall that part I literally ALREADY installed last, I have to wait the additional hours it takes to do so... Another example... Stage 2 internals... Often when is tune, I have many internals set to stage 2 specifically... I click install stage 2, and I wait X amount of hours for part to complete... Upon completion of that stage 2 part, the stock part is automatically reinstalled... It shows that I do in fact own the stage 2 part, however the part is never actually installed and if I wish to put that part in, (which is what I was trying to do in the first place) I now hace to wait another X amount of hours...

That sounds frustrating as hell duke. I haven't retuned all my cars yet for new room caps, but did notice something weird during last turf as well. All my d class that we're rated say 1635 switched to 1637 after the room changes, I uninstalled something quick like cam gear back to stock then reinstalled it to level 2 where it was before and the car went back to it's original 35 rating until I restarted the game then it was back to 37 again. That's not good because that means the rating isn't staying where I set it at so how the hell am I supposed to tune for any given target? Maybe this is fixed now bc I haven't checked since Sunday but I hope so.

Goddam Kenny! You're going off dude chill out! Nobody cares if you know how to tune or not that's not what this post was about. I see duke in maxed lobby's sometimes as well as lower lobby's, I don't think it's much of your business wtf lobby we like to race in bro, it's all the same skill tuning for maxed lobby or to reach another lobby goal, a good tune is a good tune dude wether it is for a car at max capacity or not. Quit hijacking the post bragging about your tunes go make your own "Kenny bragging about his tunes post" I'm sure you'd get a lot of comments lol.
