Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Admins stop ignoring me!!!

Foxx i have had this problem for a long time already i have done everything i was told to do i submitted a ticket and i posted on here about 3 different times about my problem and i keep getting ignored wtf man?? My ign is- roarking Everytime i click the app to play RR it will take me to the screen that says cie for about 2 seconds and then it crashes. Please fix this for me i havent played in soooo long because yall do nothing to resolve this

    I had the same pro lame before I had to reinstall the app about 10 times then boom it worked idk how but whatever

    Nothing has changed. I hit on RR app and takes me to the first screen for like 2 seconds and then crashes. So answer is yes i am still having the same issue

    If you are hooked up to a gc account try deleting and reinstalling the game

    There is an old account linked to my GC. So if i try to reinstall i will lose this account.

    I just remembered reading something about admins being able to clear GC so that way we can link our active account. Maybe this will solve my problem ??

    yea, you have to go through customer service to do it though, have you submitted a ticket?

    Yes i did submit a ticket but it was about me not being able to play the game can you refresh my GC?

    We don't actually refresh Game Center accounts. What we do is switch whichever Racer is linked to Game Center with another Racer that is not linked. So in your case we would unlink whichever racer is on there and replace it with the one you want.

    You need to send that in a ticket. The forums is not a shortcut to Customer Service. You will need to send us a ticket and wait in our queue like everyone else unfortunately.

    Also we do need all THREE pieces of information in order to assist.

    Did u sent a ticket in? And FYI dont keep sending in a ticket about the same problem it will just bump u to the bottom everytime a problem is resend.
