Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Why does Android has much better engine sound than Apple?

when I tried playing RR in my Samsung, The sound of my Challenger R/T is more realistic! and when I tried my iPad the sound of the engine of my Challenger R/T is the same with the other cars(WTH!). I think Apple RR has only 1 sound for the engine? Reply to this ASAP!

Its not a big deal for the others but for some of us it is and it makes the car more realistic! I am a Fan of Old cars and Muscle cars! I like the sound of Old Engines! :)

I think you should do the same with Android to the Apple :) THANKS!

    We got screwed on Apple they put way more effort into android. They took all the iOS players ideas and put them into android. They gave up on IPhone users months ago and have been giving us lousy patches while they push through on android. Not sure if they are going to put effort back in iOS but I doubt they will. Not with all the refund seekers and really bitter guys. So I am starting to figure this is just what we are going to get. What can we expect Cie was never prepared for this game to take off like this. Feeling very rant-ish tonight lol!

    Oh and to answer your question. Every car sounds the same on iOS except for supercharger whine and turbo blow off valve pop. But there is only one exhaust sound for all cars. So yea ur srt8 sounds like a jdm car with a fart can muffler.

    I think After they're done in the Android they'll get back to IOS and finish the product! but supercharger in the iOS doesn't seem realistic. I think they need to patch the iOS same like as Android ASAP!

    The disadvantage of Android users is that some phone and tabs doesn't respond fast or Hard to shift the car. The iOS has good respond when shifting but its disadvantage is that few good patches and the engine sound is only 1 LOL

    Ya from what I've been hearing through people is CIE is planning on coming back to "refurbish" the ios side of rr so its the same as android. Lets hope this actually happens

    Yeap and no DNF Glitch. More Vintage Car and some old cars! I request for Veyron! If possible! More cars please and new body kits! I know it's hard to make but then it makes people strive harder to get new cars :)

    basically how this works in android has some newer stuff that will go into ios's next push, within a month they will be identical
