Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

EMERGENCY HELP W LOST ACCOUNT

I play racing rivals everyday and pretty much everywhere I go on my galaxy s3. I bought a new phone (note 3) and logged into my old account which i have been playing racing rivals on. EVERYTHING IS GONE. Im at the beginning where i have to race w the 350z. I just need help recovering my account w cash and cars in it. I spent well over $70. Lost 26 cars $2.7 mill, 9k+ street cred and my extra 460 gems that i just bought. As much as i am disappointed in my loss, I only ask for it to be recovered. or Replaced.

    Are you sure you were logged into Game Center or google play before you installed the game ?

    With your situation you are going to have to send in a ticket. When you are in game click the house button. It will show you a few tabs. Click on the one contact support / send ticket. You will have to fill out information in regards to linking your koog account. The current wait time is less then 7 days. We cannot link accounts before that time. But it will most definitely get sorted.

    Clock your name in game (top left) then scroll right down to bottom of screen. It's hidden way down the bottom of that page.

    This is ridiculous it has been 15 days and i still have no account what is this i thought everything was good sent in my ticket said wait 9 days waited 15 days now! can someone tell me how far out i am or assist me in anyway! i keep getting shrugged off and it sucks, just tell me if i should send in another damn ticket or can u guys tell me u messed it will be handled... Get back to me please this is ridiculous this is your guys business get it organized im sure your making enough money from it i personally spend my money all the time on it and you guys can get my account straight... the email i used is : Koohaeri@icloud.com... the game center accnt name is Koog, the old nickname i want gone is Line dig 71, the new nickname i want is Kooog...
