Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Some how I lost synce with my account i followed the instructions u have on other players post ive sent a ticket in. How long does it take. And will I lose out on claiming my turf reward.. plz fix asap ive heard it take over a month?

    It most likely will take more then 2 weeks for a response from CIE. If you email them back with the email you sent the first ticket with, it pushes your old ticket even further back. I have the exact same issue right now.

    This happened to mine just now on iphone. To fix it I uninstalled facebook and the game then reinstalled both and it works.

    Update guys. I found an old phone that I used to use. I logged in successfully on that that resynce to Facebook and Google play .unistalled on my current phone reinstalled and its ok now.. was able to claim my ford re and all good now

    Good job figuring out your own work-around for this. Currently our response time is about 12 days but that is quickly shrinking as we are all working as fast as our fingers will go (hand cramps abound!)

    I bet. Things are real hectic with updates and the new ownership ... just make sure when my ticket comes up not To switch me lol. Thanx for follow up. Maybe b u should create an instruction sticky. Whith info.like this for reclaimimg unsynce accounts. Most people have more than one device and it may.work for them. It would take a tremendous load off of u
