Hello, I've encountered an error while trying to move an account from Android ( Account 1) to IOS ( Account 2) (The IOS account was logged out.) While signing into the Facebook account, from the android onto the iPhone, it showed that the account from the iPhone was synced onto the Android Facebook. After I saw this happen, I went onto the Android and logged in with it's original Facebook only for it to also be synced with the IOS account. So I now have Two Facebook accounts linked onto one RR account and another RR account that I can't get access to because it doesn't have a Facebook synced to it. I am asking you guys/gals, what do I have to do to have that lost account re-synced? I submitted a ticket on June 19 but it either didn't go through, even though it said thank you for submitting, or no response was given. After waiting a month, I would like to know what I would have to do now?

An admin is going to get on here though and tell you to submit a ticket with ios name(not email) must have a new account to recover over top of so they will ask for new account name. Then they will ask for old account name. If its the android account you are trying to recover, then the only thing that's different is you Google play name(again not email). Then you will have to wait even longer... #myeyeisstartingtohurt

I received a message from support and it says "We're sorry to hear you are having issues with your Racing Rivals account. We were unable to find the account username TOR Apex."
(This was the account I created to be replaced, but it says it can't be found.)
It's asking me to provide the following information again.
Google Play Name (Not the email address):
or Facebook login email:
Racer Account on that Account (This will be replaced):
Racer Account you need restored:
Am I suppose to resend that information?
Should I make another account without editing the name and then submit another ticket?
Am I suppose to submit another ticket now?
When I put the name of the Google Play account, am I suppose to put the name that pops up when I open up the game?

TOR Akex (IOS)- It has two FB accounts synced to it.
TOR Nitro (Android)- No access to it at all.
TOR Apex (Android)- Account created so it can be replaced.
(Spark Gear (Android)- Created because TOR Apex wasn't found.)
TOR Akex (No need to change anything on this account) is connected to both its proper FB account and TOR Nitro's FB account.
I have no access to TOR Nitro, which is the account i'm trying to restore.
TOR Apex is the account that I intended to replace in order to get Nitro back.
Those are the three accounts that I mentioned.
I sent an email trying to get TOR Nitro synced to Spark Gear's Google play account. Hopefully it gets through.
The IOS account doesn't need anything done to it other than removing one of the FB that's connected to it, but I'd rather get that done one on one or not at all.

If you do not have a Racer associated with Game Center please follow these steps:
1. Close down the Racing Rivals App completely. (Home key twice and swipe app upwards)
2. Create a login or Log on to Apple's Game Center (You can do this through your iDevice's "Settings").
3. Relaunch Racing Rivals.
4. Create a new Racer (Load User). (This may also pull up a racer if that Game Center already has one, if it does skip to the end)
5. If needs be, go through the tutorial, then create a racer name.
6. Close down Racing Rivals again. (Home key twice and swipe app upwards)
7. Tap Contact us and send a message with the following:

Racer Account on that Game Center (This will be replaced):
Racer Account you need restored:
