Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Game Issues 5/15 - 5/18

Hey all,

As a lot of you know and have experienced we encountered several issues over the weekend.

If your using an Android device and your account is only linked to FB, unfortunately you may run into issues accessing the account. We are working on that. If your account is linked to FB and Google Play please choose Google Play to log onto the game.

We are currently working on a new update which should resolve the issues experienced which is our top priority at this time. We hope to have it up soon.

Things to note:
  • We will release the 2016 Camaro SS as soon as we can, we'd like to have players able to play first.
  • The Joining Friends issue will be fixed in the next major update (4.0)
  • No accounts are lost or deleted, they are simply desynched... meaning your device has lost the connection to that account. We are working on some of those, otherwise please contact customer service with account assistance. (http://tinyurl.com/kcsg86w)
  • We hope to also resolve the "player is busy" issues.
  • Any compensation will be discussed AFTER we have resolved these issues.

I will update this thread when I have more information to share.

    We had a fix, however, it wasn't working as we hoped so we are still working on it. We should have a new update to the game later today.
