I haven't played it but it looks very similar from the pics I saw of it on FB. The layout of menus and the use of the name turf wars and same cities from RR. It looked like the names and some cars look like they are from GTA.

Yes the last week or two for me the game will randomly crash. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm racing or just looking at a car in my garage.
