I tried to install back to factory and then install the upgrades again but nothing...there are many players who have the same problem......read on android bugs section,they said thst they are looking into this issue...

I had the same problem my friend and they restored my account in 21 days....now i have the same problem for second time and it has been 17 days since i sent the ticket and no reply yet....you have to wait....

Hello it's has been 14 days since i lost my account and no responce from game support,can any of the admins tell me what ia happening,because it's second time it happened to me? Thanks in advance..

Thanks for reply...i sent a ticket already but this is the second time that happens to me,and i have to wait for a month or more...i dont know what is wrong with this game,it should have a dadicated saving system....

Still nothing about account let`s hope that they can resync because i now that account exist and i can see it from a friends mobile in friends list.....
