If you uninstall, just make sure your account is linked to your gamecenter. When you delete the game, make sure you "keep" all the data on the gamecenter, do NOT click remove or you will lose your account. As far as gems go, they stay in your account. Once you buy them, they are there until you use them all obviously lol.…
