I lost my agera r today in a pink slip because my launch button had problems. But thts ok i was given the option to replace the car with gems and i did yet still the car wasnt replaced and it disappeared from the replace with gems screen. How can this b resolved?

I had a n agera r but i lost it in pink slip so when i was asked to replace the car using gems i did but no car was replaced and it disappeared from the replace with gems option. How can i get my car replaced? User name is kjsm09
