How backed up are they? My initial ticket got an auto response that they were 12 days behind...spot on...then I replied with the info they requested on Sept. 4th and I'm still not 're-synced.

Got an email from my origional ticket with the same above instructions...I responded with the log information they need...that was 15 days ago now...my origional ticket was in the Que for 12 days...any idea how backed up they are now?

Ok. It finally logged in as me threw Google play...but as a new player can you guys see if there is 2 players with the same piggy058 name...1 as a new guy, one with a few cars...I just don't want to start over, and hope you can merge them somehow?

Tried that. It didn't work it looked like it was loading but when the game opened it was a new player account.

I had to get a new phone and the game won't let me log in after I download it.
