Game Crashing

I was playing the game, went back to the home screen. Clicked ok on the pop up message and was promptly kicked from the game. I tried multiple times to log back in but had the same pop up msg everytime and was kicked out every time. I restarted my device, cleared the cache and tried again with the same results. Next I uninstalled the game, reinstated it... same results. I installed the game on another device... same results. I am completely unable to play this game now as I can not get past this screen. Up until this point I was enjoying the game. Now I cannot play it. I will contact my app store for a refund on purchases
