BUG IN MY PURCHASE!!

I just purchased the $19.99 starter bundle with the tokens to receive 1x, 5x, and 10x ultimate chest and DIDN’T receive ANY of the tokens for the chests. Very frustrating I pulled the trigger on this and didn’t get the items promised. MY PLAYER ID: A67BEA00 - please fix this.
