Monterey Jack's Unstoppable skill does not work!

I upgraded Monterey's Jack shoulder tackle, which has a 50% chance of granting Unstoppable - which is supposed to make him immune to charm, silence, and stun (I think slow should be added too!!!). However, I have tested it twice. The first time I was silenced while Unstoppable was active. The second time I was stunned while Unstoppable was active. Therefore, this ability does not work!!!
Btw, is there any way I can have my 120 alpha, 55 beta, and 20 gamma points given back to me? I used all those points and in the end, I spent it on an ability that does not work at all. Please fix or give me back my points. Thank you!
