Pre-Register Not Received

Hello, I recently began playing this after pre-registering for it a while back on the Google Play store, and just assumed I would need hit to level 20 or something to unlock the bonuses that came with it. I'm now twenty five and am sort of realizing that I'm just not ever going to receive it. Is there anyone else who had this issue? Did I take too long to begin playing to receive the bonuses? Just wondering what happened, as I definitely pre-registered but was way too busy to begin playing. Thank you for taking the time out.
