Bug in elsa?

Hi,
I would like to ask/inform about a problem I find in elsa. If Robin hood steal with the passive skill the stasis, Elsa will immediatly play her turn also if is not her turn to play.
Is the only way to kill Elsa before the turn where she lost stasis. Is the only way to counter the charge. Is it normal Elsa play immediatly when lost stasis?
