-Heya. I reported some issues with two offers on the Tapjoy thing and immediately got an email they were working hard, behind but would get to it. I don't see any other way to contact them, though, other than the report i initially made. It's been about a month, if it goes much longer is there any other method of following up or escalating the issues? I sent screenshots, spent the money on two offers (three, but i didn't do that one in the app so figured they'd auto decline it), but it never completed in the app.
Any guidance appreciated.
