Peter's Shadow + Elsa Stasis

So, last night i was fighting a full frozen team and even tho i killed every normal char, he was using Peter's shadow at Elsa in Stasis Mode and we tied because of the turn limit (he was using Golden Hammer and didnt killed one single char from my team and we TIED). I Know technically is what the spell does, but i think its a little unfair, so i have two suggestions:
* Dont let Stasis be copied with Peter's Shadow (From elsa or frozone) since it doesnt benefit in anyway the player who uses it, just make the battle longer
* Make a system that let someone actually win when turn limit finishes. Let me take my battle for exemple, he didnt kill one of my team members, so how this is a loss for me? Why should i lose rank for playing well? Maybe a system where the person who has more chars* (By chars i mean Villains and Heroes, Minions dont count) on the field win on this kind of scenario.
