Go Go Tomago losing evasion when using Woman Up

As per the title, Go Go Tomago consistently loses her evasion stacks whenever she uses her special Woman Up. The ability description does not mention this interaction, instead it only states that she loses charged. Here is the current in game description at gear tier 7:
"Deal up to x damage to target opponent and all flanking opponents 2 times. Deal 25% additional bonus damage per Charged on Go Go. Deal 50% bonus damage to Summoned opponents. Lose Charged.
Steal 5% Speed Meter on each hit. This attack is unavoidable."
I'm not sure whether or not it's intended for her to lose her evasion stacks when using this ability, and if it is, please consider adding this to the ability description to avoid further confusion.
