Nerfing Legendary Units and Other Changes

I understand why Legendary units are strong, but I think should nerf them, especially Hercules, as P2W users are having a higher advantage than the F2P users. Also, I feel that you should add every other month so that F2P users have a chance to catch up and that you won’t lose customers.
