One Time Gear/Money Cash Out of Wrong Characters

Can we add the ability to remove gear or gold used on a character. This can be a one time thing for people who invested in the beginning on the wrong characters. This doesn’t have to a be a full credit back with a penalty loss in equipment or gold.
