Make gift drops local time

There are many features in Sorcerer's Arena that are already based on local time. Gift drops are one aspect I don't understand why it can't be adjusted according to local time. Of course, I appreciate that it might be a bit complicated maybe on the programming side of things, but I'm sure you guys can figure something out.
As it is, the gift drops that are usually at 8am and 8pm PT is obviously great for the Americans and the countries nearby, but is quite terrible for people in other countries. In particular for myself, in Australia, 8am is 2am for me, which makes it impossible to get the 8am gift drop. To make things fair for your international players, please consider making gift drops go according to local time. Thanks.
