  okay, i just had the same issue as this too, what broke me out of it was i had a push notification pop up and that allowed me to break out of the tutorial

  I tried many kind of push notification pop up but it doesn't work..

  Since i couldn‘t find any answer anywhere and no respond on my ticket i‘m a bit at a loss….

  I solved with a "trick" or just a lot of lucky.. give it a try!
  I left the game in background and waited for a notification (in my case the free trunk), then when it came i opened the game from the background and it started to mulfunction like a flicker but at least the blocking issue was solved!
  
  I closed and reopened it, and currently i can play as before
