  • I got an email from CS on Saturday saying be patient and look for an email that will tell what i need to do to fix this problem. Today,Monday i get an email saying we haven't heard from you since the last email so we are now closing this ticket. What a bunch of assholes!
  • I received an email that said they know its a problem and they are working on it. They will notify me with any progress. Doesn't seem like they are in much of a hurry.
