Cannot move character elsewhere!

Hi there!
Can anyone help me out?
I am currently running this app on an iOS and I seem to be having a problem.
After my star beans shift, I am unable to move elsewhere! When I click on the bus stop to go downtown, I remain at the same place but my money is deducted!
Is this a bug? I had this problem the previous time and had to re-install the app. But I am now at a high level and I don't want to restart!
Please help!!
