I got a new phone recently. It's still an android but I went to my apos and redownloaded the game but I dont know how to get into my character account. It takes me to creating. Do I have to play from my old phome or start over?

It says as soon as you get the phone do this. I've had the phone since Saturday and I've been in my google play account. Is there any other way?
