Loading issues!

I got this game this morning and get past the tv commerical, went back to my agents and i leveled up, it told me to click when i leveled up and now its been trying to load for an hour! what's going on? help?

I used to have that issue. I have te iphone 4 and used to reinstall so many times but it still loads forever. But then i turned off my phone and turn it on again, it worked for me
