Where is Flannery?!

Ok so I'm at the part where I'm supposed to meet this recluse, Flannery guy, but I go to club wasted and club space man but he is no where to be found... What did i do wrong? I have moved on to other projects but his mission "meet Flannery" won't go away... Please Help!

    Talk to the bartenders and search around. You wont see you directly because he doesnt like attention. Anyway, talk to everyone in the bar, buy a drink from the bartender and gossip with them too like the one at club spaceman and wasted.

    All of the bars? Because I did that at both wasted and club spaceman...

    Jut wasted and club spaceman. Then you get a couple more quest. One having to eat pies and the other having to research your role at starbeans. If the quest is still there, go to wasted and club spaceman and gossip again with the bartenders, i did this and completed it.
