The Valley glitch/crash

I'm not new to this game
But I'm new to the update cause ever since the new update and I go to the valley I'm either stuck in it or it crashes
For examp:
First time I finished a movie but I couldn't move to the front of valley because the arrow was missing
2nd time it wouldn't let me go to middle to go to end for a movie so I can move onto main quest for making perfume because it crashes if anybody else had the 2nd problem plz let me know if u found away around this glitch/crash
Because I found a way for the 1st problem
