Dating bug

I have spent so much time on dating and trying to get engaged and now I'm stuck at the dating point 1249/1250 again and I can't get the last point. I dated another person before the update and the same thing happened, but after the update I started dating a new one and I though that the bug was fixed but no.

    Same thing is happening to me! I'm currently on 2499/2500 in my relationship and engaged, but I can't seem to get the last point. Also Arnie and Charlene are not in their offices. What the heck is going on??

    Oh yeah Charlene, Arnie and Max aren't in their offices, and sometimes when I go to a club there's no-one there.
