Venus Night Club (Stardom: The A-List)

I am sorry to post this in the forum for Stardom: Hollywood but I didn't find an official (and active) forum for Stardom: The A-List. So, I am wondering if it is actually possible to enter Venus Night Club for free? I have read that you can get in for free, once the Spieler Estate is bought for 300,000$. Well, I did that and still cannot enter without paying stars. Btw, I also have the maximum number of fans.
